Refund policy

Cancellation:

Cancellation is only allowed if the product has not yet been taken into production. However, please note that orders placed during the COVID-19 Period cannot be cancelled.

Once an order is shipped out, we regret to inform you that cancellation will not be possible.

Refund:

If you receive the product in a damaged, broken, defective, or unusable condition, please contact our customer support via email at support@casesly.in  (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday). Kindly provide us with images or videos as proof of the product's condition. Upon approval, we will replace the product free of charge. Our products are customized on order, and the replacement will be shipped within 1-3 days.

Return:

We only accept returns if you receive the product in a damaged, broken, defective, or not usable condition. Once the return is approved, we will send a replacement of the same product within 1-3 days.

In case the product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, we will initiate the refund process within 1 business day from the time we receive the returned shipment. The refunded amount will be credited back to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
